Can I Reschedule my appointment?

https://www.koreabeauty.com.au/account/my-bookings
Just simply use the same email address when you made booking,
then you should able to find your appointment in your account and
feel free to reschedule to another time.
Why I can not find a time slot I want when making the booking?
If you cannot see your desired time slot, it means the time slot has been booked by another customer already,
or no technicians are unavailable at that time. Please kindly choose another time slot.
You can also view our booking system time to time, customers may reschedule or cancel their appointments and make your desired time available.
Can I cancel my booking and receive a refund?
Please note you can always reschedule your appointment rather than cancel and rebook your appointment.
Unfortunately the deposit is non-refundable as printed on our booking page.

After choosing your desired service, you can view our availability real time.
If you cannot locate the time you want,

Can I just walk-in?
Yes we can but not recommended. As we have a busy schedule on a daily basis, there is a high chance there will be no technician available when you come, hence we strongly recommend you made a booking prior coming in. Booking can be made as early as 30 min prior to the start time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BREACH AND TERMINATION
If, in our reasonable opinion, you have breached any provision of this Agreement, we may issue you a warning, suspend or permanently prevent your access to our clinic or all parts of our website. In any event, we may terminate the agreement and your access to our website at any time and for any reason without prior notice to you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict cancellation policy. To be fair to all clients, by buying Products or Services you agree to comply with and be bound by our cancellation policy. If you fail to attend an appointment at scheduled time without at least 24 hours prior rescheduling your deposit will be processed as cancellation fee and you will need to pay another deposit to book a next appointment.
Your appointment will be cancelled at 10 minutes past scheduled time, and deposit will be processed as a cancellation fee.
LATE ARRIVAL
Please endeavour to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier for any appointments.
Due to the nature of our business, we allocate exact time necessary for each appointment. Lateness will result in shortened appointment time. For any clients who arrive late however it is less than 10 minutes, our 7-days guarantee will not be applicable.
Your appointment will be cancelled at 10 minutes past scheduled time, and deposit will be processed as a cancellation fee.
ALLERGY
You hereby acknowledge and agree that Korea Beauty directors and employees shall not be liable with respect to, and you hereby waive, release, and agree not to take action against any of them upon, any claim for any loss or harm suffered or incurred by you in connection with, arising out of, or in any way related to, an allergic reaction you suffer as a result of our Products or service unless that allergic reaction is caused by our gross negligence or wilful default.
REFUND POLICY
Most of our services require a deposit to confirm your booking.
Refunds will not be provided for deposit of services and products purchased from us. Refunds are not applicable for personal situations such as sickness, or traffic/ transportation and change of mind. We will provide refunds of deposits and products sold to you where we are required to so by Australian consumer law including:
for any Products you purchased or deposits of services which we are unable to provide to you.
We will process the deposit as a cancellation fee.
RESCHEDULE
If you cannot attend a scheduled booking, you can reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours prior notice online.
We only accept rescheduling online. For more information on how to reschedule your appointment, please visit our FAQ page.
You can also transfer your booking to another person.
In the event you fail to attend an appointment at scheduled time without at least 24 hours prior reschedule, your deposit will be processed as cancellation fee and you will need to pay another deposit to book a next appointment.
PRICES and PAYMENT
All prices listed in our clinics and on our website are in Australian dollars and are non-inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax (as applicable).
The prices indicated may be changed at any time without advance notice. However, the service shall be charged at the rate of purchase date.
